Tom Padilla supervises a management group with 20 employees, who manage 25 buildings with more than 4,200 units in Manhattan.
He joined Cooper Square in 1995 as a property manager, and has received numerous awards for his strong leadership and organizational skills including the prestigious RAM (Resident Apartment Manager) of the Year Award in 2005 from the National Association of Home Builders, which recognizes personal excellence and outstanding dedication to the property management profession. He also earned a Leadership in Management Award from The Cooperator magazine.
Tom's motto is "Communication, communication, communication."
Prior to joining Cooper Square Realty, Tom was a vice president and assistant director of operations for a New Jersey-based property management firm. He also served in the development and construction division of a real estate development firm, working closely with engineers and construction supervisors.He received a degree in management science from Farleigh Dickinson University.
