Keith Werny joined Cooper Square Realty in1997 as a manager and has been an integral part of the growth of the company.
While experienced in managing all types of properties, Keith has a special niche managing or supervising management of large residential properties ranging from 300 to 1,200 units using his talent to motivate those in his group and building staffs.His organization skills, eye for detail and follow-up have been instrumental in the successful turn-around of numerous properties involving improving staff performance, resident and board relations and organizing renovation and repair projects.
Prior to joining Cooper Square, he was a property manager with one of the largest management firms in New York. Keith holds a degree in psychology and management from Dowling College,
