Jonathan Klein, Chief Administrative Officer, has more than 25 years of experience in property management working with both commercial and residential properties. Jonathan rejoined Cooper Square Realty in his current capacity in 2009 when Cooper Square merged with Wentworth Property Management where Jonathan remains as President. Prior to joining Wentworth Property Management in 1999, he spent four years as a senior property manager at Cooper Square Realty. Wentworth Property Management is the leading manager of Mitchell-Lama properties.
Jonathan has an unparalleled wealth of expertise and experience in all areas of residential and organization management, operations and development. At Cooper Square, he oversees the daily and ongoing performance of senior executives, accounting professionals and support staff, ensuring the delivery of the most proactive, productive and professional services to Cooper Square's clients. Jonathan is responsible for creating and overseeing accounting standards, client reporting and satisfaction and new business development programs.
Jonathan has taught at the New York University Real Estate Institute, and has written articles and been quoted in both Habitat magazine and The Cooperator. He is the recipient of several achievement awards for his work in property management and accepted the 2008 Management Company of the Year award on behalf of Wentworth Property Management from the New York Association of Realty Managers.
He received a degree in management from Syracuse University.
