Adam Auerhan is a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) and a 20-year veteran of residential property management.He joined Cooper Square Realty in February 2007 to create a new division, Cooper Square Select, which specializes in managing smaller buildings, a much needed service for an often underserved segment.Before joining Cooper Square, Adam was vice president and a founding partner of a metropolitan New York management firm.
Adam is a member of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater NY (ABO), and serves on the board of governors of the local chapter of the RAM program.In addition he is a member of New York Realty Managers (NYARM), the National Housing Conference (NHC), the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC), and the Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives & Condominiums (FNYHC). He is also a licensed real estate broker.
He is a graduate of Hofstra University.
