Joe Scholes, CPM, Vice President, has distinguished himself as a premier property manager and leader. Joe combines a diverse background with a rare blend of hands-on building operations and executive level asset management.
Joe is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), property management's most prestigious designation, which is bestowed by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). It signifies the highest level of achievement and experience in all phases of property and asset management.
In 2001, Joe served as the President of IREM's Greater New York Chapter.He received Habitat magazine's Gold Award in the category of "general effectiveness" for his work at 165 East 72nd Street, a 183-unit high-rise cooperative.
He earned a B.A. degree from Drew University where he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society.
