Marc Kotler, Vice President, heads Cooper Square's New Development Group, which provides consulting and management services to developers from the ground up for new properties or condominium conversions.Marc has built this division into the industry leader.
He is an expert at developing budgets and required schedules for offering plans and has worked on some of the most complex multi-purpose development projects in Manhattan.Marcs organizational skills and administrative and financial acumen were instrumental in Cooper Square Realty pioneering a comprehensive systematic approach to opening new and converted properties.
Marc is a licensed real estate broker and experienced property manager. He joined Cooper Square in 2003.During his more than 20 years as a real estate professional he has been involved with construction, project management and asset management.
Prior to joining Cooper Square Realty, Marc was the director of management of a mid-size Manhattan-based property management firm.He earned a B.A. degree in government from Clark
