- Wentworth Management was similarly recognized by the New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM).

- Community Access, a housing and employment program that helps New Yorkers with mental illness, honored David Kuperberg with their prestigious “Access-Ability Award.”
- The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) named him “Registered Apartment Manager of the Year.”
- The Greater New York Chapter of IREM honored him as “Humanitarian of the Year.”
- ABO, with the Boy Scouts of America, named Kuperberg their Honoree at the Harold J. Kalikow Memorial Camp Reception.
- The Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives and Condominiums presented him with their “Honorary Member” award.
