MOST is a computerized building maintenance tracking system that transforms the speed and efficiency of project completion in the building. It has the ability to track preventative maintenance from inception to completion, enabling management, the board or the superintendent to electronically access this information to immediately determine activity status.

Cooper Square is the leader in developing construction procedures. With our in-house experience and expertise, we oversee every aspect of a project from the bidding process through completion. When Cooper Square takes over the management of a building, a complete inspection of the physical plant is performed. Areas that require repair or replacement are identified, and a payment plan is established. We developed the concept of an Operations and Procedures Manual that contains all the policies and procedures for each building, responsibilities of the building staff, all forms used, key access, garage policies, apartment access rules, etc.
