Scope of Work

• Caulking throughout
• Fire escape scraped and painted
• Brick and sill replacement
• Pointing of masonry
• Lintel replacement

A leak survey was conducted by Cooper Square Project Management which uncovered 4 additional leaks not specified in the engineer's scope.

4 apartments reported leaks at sills - all windows were caulked.

Basonas performed pointing and ensured cross joints were tight.

The project was completed on budget and on schedule with minimum disturbance to the shareholders.  Cooper Square Project Managment's attention to detail uncovered a dangerous parapet condition while the work was in progress.  Decisions were made quickly and although the scope changed significantly the work was not delayed.
