Scope of Work

• New Indoor/Underground Garage with 300 parking spaces
• New Rooftop Plaza with Landscaped Park, Playground and an additional 110 Parking Spaces

In 1999 Seward's rooftop plaza above the garage collapsed.

Cooper Square Project Management stepped in to manage the re-build.

During the course of construction the contractor went bankrupt, leaving the building with a semi-complete project. Cooper Square Project Management re-organized the project and together with the architect, completed the job without an official contractor.

The job was actually completed extra-ordinarily under budget and on time.
