Cooper Square

Cooper Square Project Management was asked to address emergency repairs at the parapet level of the building.

The engineer, Thornton-Tomasetti Group, prepared the scope of work and 3 contractors bid on the project. The bid was awarded to Clark & Wilkins.

The building's lawyer was not prepared to accept Clark & Wilkins' insurance however, and the project stalled.

Cooper Square Project Management resolved the issue by having Clark & Wilkins provide a rider to the contract that covered the lawyer's concerns. This was acceptable to the building's board and work was allowed to proceed.

The work was completed within six weeks. Cooper Square Project Management held weekly meetings at the site to ensure timely process.
