Existing lobby was derelict and did not adhere to ADA standards. Cooper Square Project Management was asked to provide solutions. Approval was required from HPD and the Board of Directors. A design was developed and HPD ultimately approved a plan that gave the building a top quality travertine tile finish with new mailboxes and new laundry rooms while solving the ADA issues. Shareholder response has been overwhelming. Cooper Square Project Management has been retained to complete the six remaining lobbies of the complex. |
