Having a division that essentially comprises all operations outside of Manhattan allows Cooper Square Realty to deliver consistent solutions to our clients across our property management operations.
Keith Werny is President of the CityLine division, which includes 70 Cooper Square Realty employees. Under Keith's leadership, the division has driven the successful turn around of numerous properties -- ranging from improving staff performance, and resident and board relations, to organizing multi-million dollar renovation and repair projects.
Cooper Square's CityLine division also adds value to these properties by continuously implementing ways to generate income and reduce expenses while increasing property values and resident satisfaction.
