Communication is essential to effective property management. We pride ourselves on the excellent working relationships we establish with the boards and residents of the buildings we manage. Our property managers prepare for and participate in all meetings, whether they are monthly meetings with the board and unit-owners or the annual meeting. They are in daily contact with the superintendents to insure that any issues are addressed swiftly and remedied to the satisfaction of all.
Our use of technology insures our rapid responsiveness. Our property managers are equipped with beepers and cell phones, making them accessible at all times. The Cooper Square "team response" system operates 24 hours day to handle emergencies. The manager, or the manager on duty, responds to calls immediately.
Many buildings lack a printed version of its rules and procedures. Cooper Square has designed a written format, which is printed and distributed to all residents.
