In residential property management, its largest division, Cooper Square is among the top firms in New York City.

In recognition of that Cooper Square has been named an AMO, (Accredited Management Organization), a prestigious designation held by less than 7% of the property management firms nationwide and only a handful in the New York metropolitan area. The designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management requires a firm to maintain the highest standards of professional service, be financially stable and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
